Best Aero Limo respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the BAL Driver – Drive, Earn Smart app (com.bal.driver) and the BAL GO customer app. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@bestaerolimo.com from the email address registered on your account.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- State which app your account is for (BAL Driver or BAL GO) and the registered email or phone number.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo and login credentials.
- Saved addresses and preferences.
- Driver accounts: uploaded documents, vehicle photos and inspection records, and stored location history.
- Push-notification tokens, device information and app usage data linked to your account.
Data we may retain
Trip, booking, invoice, payout and payment records, and incident or complaint records, may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes, generally for up to seven years. This data is kept securely, is no longer used for any other purpose, and is permanently deleted when the retention period ends.
Processing time
Requests are processed within 7 working days of verifying your identity. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
